Following a long career in senior financial roles, and with experience in running pension schemes for FTSE 100 companies, Trevor Jones now acts as Chairman of Trustees to all pension plans and common investment funds run by InterContinental Hotels Group PLC and Mitchells & Butlers plc.

With his son Mark working in a support function they are able to complete consultancy projects aimed at ensuring occupational schemes are run in the most efficient manner possible, incorporating necessary change in the current climate of uncertainty.

As well as trusteeship of occupational pension schemes Ophiopogon can give practical advice on the implications of business change on pension schemes including acquisitions and disposals. Not aiming to replace traditional specialist advisors we can take a business oriented approach to dealing with the options available when making changes to the way pension schemes are operated.
